Job summary

Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, is seeking a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development within a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train, and coach store teams while partnering with Clinical services and HR to maintain high standards of customer care and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to delivering eyeglasses and managing lab operations. Flexible schedule and promotion opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups; multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and partnering with Recruiting Department.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee lab standards, and ensure orders are delivered on time.
