Job summary

Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Brand Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment and empower growth at the store level. You will recruit, train and develop staff, partner with Clinical services, and ensure customer experience aligns with our iCARE values.

You will analyze performance data, coordinate with HR, and oversee lab operations to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery, while upholding brand standards and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with several years in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop store staff and partners.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Multitasking and adjusting to changing business needs in a team.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and training.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform customer repairs and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% on-time service.
• Other duties as assigned.
