Job summary

Stanton Optical is recruiting a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development, partner with Clinical services, and drive exceptional customer/patient experience in a fast-paced store setting.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, analyze performance data, and ensure lab work meets brand standards while delivering orders accurately and on time. This role offers growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• Must be willing to earn ABO/NCLE certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, partner with Recruiting Department, train new team members and ongoing development plans.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses and edge stock lenses for on-time delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in lab area and notify management of issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
