Stanton Optical in the United States is seeking a Brand Manager to lead a store's operations, talent acquisition and development, delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will act as a brand ambassador, build high-performing teams, and drive growth at your location with support from Now Optics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Experience leading customer-focused teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate staff to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; partner with Recruiting.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee eyewear assembly and delivery processes to meet timelines.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and address issues promptly.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
