Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager (Store Manager) in Texas to lead talent acquisition and development, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will train teams, partner with clinical services, and uphold brand standards across the lab and storefront.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred and willingness to earn within first year.
• Demonstrated leadership with 3+ years in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility in a team environment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; direct recruiting and training of team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff performance.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
