You will recruit, develop, and empower teams, partner with clinical services, monitor performance metrics, and ensure brand standards in the lab and operations, with advancement opportunities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience required.
• Background in talent acquisition and HR processes preferred.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse customers and teams.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training.
• Partner with Clinical services to support store operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and timely order delivery.
