Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations, recruit and develop talent, and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail optical environment.

You will partner with Clinical services and HR, analyze performance data, and ensure brand standards across the lab and store floor. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Partner with Clinical services to support operations.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
