Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training programs.
• Partner with Clinical services to support store operations.
• Analyze performance reports to meet staff goals.
• Coordinate with Support Center and HR for staffing and policies.
• Oversee in-lab activities to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and report issues with equipment or workflows.
