Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store teams, drive talent development, and ensure outstanding customer experience. This role combines entrepreneurial leadership with hands-on supervision of recruitment, training, and daily operations to meet service and sales goals.

Applicants should have an associates degree or 2 years of store management experience, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. Optical experience is a plus; certification in ABO/NCLE preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years in store management required or preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development, including direct recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services and HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Execute customer repairs and lens edging to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab and notify of issues.
