Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager who will lead talent acquisition and development at the store level. You will build high-performing teams, partner with clinical services, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred with willingness to earn within 12 months.
• 3+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication across diverse teams.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train and develop staff.
• Partner with Clinical services and HR; analyze performance reports.
• Ensure timely, accurate lens assembly and delivery to customers.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
