Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager who will lead store talent acquisition and development while fostering an entrepreneurial, customer-focused environment. You will guide teams to deliver quality eyewear and service within the Stanton Optical brand standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and growth opportunities within Now Optics, supporting our mission to modernize eye care and make it easy for patients across the country.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train, and plan development for store staff.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Perform simple customer repairs and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
• Ensure lab standards and report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to patients for 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
