Now Optics in Texas is seeking a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development across a Stanton Optical store. You will recruit, train and coach team members while aligning operations with clinical services and customer service standards.

You will analyze performance data, maintain brand standards in the lab area, and drive on-time delivery of eyewear. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Experience leading recruiting and staff development initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR processes and performance management.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred or willing to obtain within first year.

• Collaborate with Clinical services to align operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
