Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Brand Manager for a Stanton Optical store, focusing on talent development and an outstanding customer experience. You will recruit, train and lead a high-performing team with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Clinical services and HR, analyze performance data, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear while upholding brand standards in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication across diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Execute repairs and lens edging to expedite eyeglasses delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in lab areas and report issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Other duties as assigned.
