Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent acquisition and development, driving customer experience and sales performance at our Albuquerque location.

You will partner with Clinical services, analyze performance data, and maintain brand standards while fostering an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment. A degree or store-management experience is required; ABO/NCLE is a plus and certification can be earned within the first year.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within the first year.
• 3+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting and training new team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Perform simple customer repairs; assemble lenses and edge stock lenses for timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
