Job summary

Stanton Optical Brand, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Brand Manager in Albuquerque, NM to lead talent acquisition and development for a high-performing retail team. You will drive customer experience, manage partnerships with Clinical services, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of store management experience and an associates degree, with ABO/NCLE preferred and a willingness to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willingness to obtain within first year.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train team members.
• Partner with Clinical services to support store operations.
• Analyze reports to monitor staff performance and goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Assist with customer repairs, lens edging and delivery timing.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery to patients and adherence to service promises.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
