Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager for our Texas stores. You will lead talent acquisition and development, partner with Recruiting and Training, and drive a high-performance team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 2+ years store management experience preferred.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting, partner with Recruiting Dept, train new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
• Communicate effectively and build a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
