Now Optics, parent to Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Brand Manager in Texas to lead talent acquisition and development in a fast-paced retail optical environment. You will coach store teams, uphold brand standards, and drive exceptional patient experiences while collaborating with Clinical services and the Support Center.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to advance growth and service goals within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; partner with Recruiting Department and train new team members.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Execute basic customer repairs, lens edging, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients (Now Service) to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
