E. & J. Gallo Winery seeks a Brand Development Manager for Spirits in its Innovation organization.

You will lead brand-building initiatives from concept through market testing and partner with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life and drive strategic growth. You will use consumer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to develop go-to-market plans, craft compelling marketing strategies, and influence key business decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s with significant brand/marketing experience in beverages or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand-building initiatives from concept through market testing.
• Develop go-to-market plans and marketing strategies for new spirits.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Innovation and Creative Services to launch products.
• Optimize test market performance and drive growth.
