Job summary

Strategic Group is a full-scale marketing agency specializing in experiential programming and sales support initiatives. Brand Specialist will be the marketing expert for Gallo Spirits brands, building relationships with on-premise venues and leading a team of ambassadors and influencers.

The role requires 3-5 years in beverage industry, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive brand visibility and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years beverage industry experience
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Comprehensive understanding of spirits and related product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Educate and inspire customers to achieve menu placements and POS visibility.
• Maintain brand visibility and drive trade excitement in on-premise venues.
• Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors and influencers.
• Track results of sales support initiatives and report KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
