GALLO is seeking a Commercial Wine Innovation Director to own the end-to-end innovation pipeline for the Commercial Wine Business Unit, shaping opportunities and launching products grounded in consumer insights. You will manage P&L and lead agile teams, collaborating with senior leadership to drive growth.

The role emphasizes driving brand strategy, market performance, and cross-functional execution to deliver breakthrough ideas resonating with consumers and business results.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business with increasing levels of responsibility in Alc Bev marketing.
• Experience building and introducing new brands and managing P&L for multiple brands.
• Experience managing large A&P budgets with diverse marketing mix and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation pipeline from opportunities to in-market launch and scaling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive consumer insights and brand development.
• Direct agile teams and external partners to deliver growth and go-to-market success.
