Job summary

E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking a Commercial Wine Innovation Director to lead vision and execution of consumer-driven innovation for its Commercial Wine Business Unit.

You will own the end-to-end pipeline—from identifying opportunities to launching and scaling products in market—collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure grounded, disciplined brand development. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, overseeing brand concepts,

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 8 years of CPG marketing experience to include Alc Bev marketing or related leadership roles.
• Experience building and introducing new brands.
• Experience managing total P&L for a group of brands.
• Experience managing large A&P budgets with a diverse marketing mix.
• Experience managing a broad range of stakeholders and external agencies.
• Travel up to 25% for in-market duties; occasional onsite travel up to 5%.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Own end-to-end innovation pipeline from opportunities to launch and scale in market.
