Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Commercial Wine Innovation Director to lead bold, consumer-driven innovation for the Commercial Wine Business Unit. You will own end-to-end pipelines—from opportunity identification to market launch—while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver growth and strong brand concepts.

You will manage full P&L, guide agile teams and external partners, and navigate market trends to optimize in-market performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 8 years of CPG marketing experience including Alc Bev marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of CPG marketing experience including Alc Bev marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of Gallo Commercial Wine experience including increasing responsibilities.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus 11 years of CPG marketing experience including Alc Bev marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and execution of bold, consumer-driven innovation for the Commercial Wine Business Unit.
• Own end-to-end innovation pipeline from identifying opportunities to launching in market.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive growth and GTM success.
