New Balance at City Creek Center, Utah, is seeking Retail Sales Associates to deliver exemplary customer service and apply product knowledge throughout the shopping journey. You will guide customers through transactions while upholding the New Balance brand values.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, understanding needs, upselling, floor upkeep, promotions awareness, and teamwork. Retail experience is welcome but not required; a positive, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model: Greet, Understand, Educate, Solve, Transact.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect products by tagging and monitoring floor merchandise and reporting shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents/near misses.
