Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, creating a memorable shopping experience for every guest. You’ll be the face of our company, passionate about AE/Aerie products and building loyalty while representing our values with authenticity.

You’ll fluently share product details, educate guests on benefits, and promote the loyalty program. This role requires energy, multi-tasking, and a friendly, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport.
• Able to suggest AE/Aerie products that fit customer needs.
• Willingness to learn the AEO Selling Model and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to understand needs.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products with confident recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily store objectives.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
