Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life and creates an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You will represent the company with pride, love AE/Aerie products, and help build brand loyalty.

In this role, you will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly, energetic service and solving guest concerns in line with policy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find what they want with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
