Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program while flexing across sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Must be 16+ and passionate about AE brand authenticity and community.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Teamwork: assist your team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
