Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for guests. You will engage customers, promote AE and Aerie products, and support loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You should be a people person, energetic, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with customers.
• Willingness to learn AE selling model and brand products.
• Able to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and provide excellent service.
