Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and you’ll engage guests with a friendly, energetic approach.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to help guests find what they need, educate them on products, join the loyalty program, and resolve issues while upholding policy. This role values integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
