Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and will educate guests while driving loyalty program enrollment. You’ll work across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and help get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
