Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor and stock areas.

The role emphasizes energy, guest interaction, and teamwork, with parity to store operations and company values. The position is ideal for candidates 16+ with retail interest.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and enjoy helping guests.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
