Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to guests. You will educate customers on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes energetic, people-focused service, integrity, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn about brand channels and participate in store contests and exclusive prizes.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support your team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures with integrity.
