Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests about AE/Aerie products, and promote brand loyalty.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest issues with integrity and teamwork. The role values energy, people skills, and a genuine passion for AE products, with eligibility starting at age 16.

• You can handle multiple tasks and stay energized.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make confident recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team goals and collaborate to get the job done.
