Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience to every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, share brand love, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience and a passion for AE are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and feature key details.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
