Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or selling experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and convert customers into clients.
• Comfortable using store tech and POS devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and ready for sales and markdowns.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales, turn, and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Plan and lead vendor events to increase sales and participation.
• Proficient with Macy's POS and devices to wrap up sales warmly.
• Foster an inclusive environment strengthening relationships with colleagues and customers.
