Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate customers on loyalty programs and utilize omnichannel tools to enhance their shopping journey.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to engage and educate customers, driving brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and omnichannel shopping options.
• Support sales floor operations, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and stockroom as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold store standards.
• Assist in achieving personal and store goals through effective teamwork and communication.
