Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Texas to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and close sales on the floor. You will maintain brand standards, work in a high-traffic environment, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, be available weekends/holidays, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds while guiding customers through the Lovesac experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores and meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, selling while following the Lovesac process and maintaining a personal quote pipeline.
• Drive loyalty and brand advocacy by building genuine connections and adapting to opportunities.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability, delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience, closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with confident decision-making and disciplined execution.
• Support daily store operations and uphold brand standards while keeping a positive team environment.
