Job summary

Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Dallas. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to achieve sales goals.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable with CRM tools, and can travel as needed. A customer-centric attitude and team collaboration are essential for success in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, actively selling and following Lovesac selling process.
• Drive loyalty and repeat business by building genuine connections.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide strong product knowledge, deliver brand tours, and close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
