Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, drive sales, and deliver a memorable brand experience at our Pflugerville, TX store. You’ll own the customer journey from first contact to closing the sale, using the Lovesac selling process with energy and optimism.

You’ll demonstrate product knowledge, guide customers through options, and work with the team to maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and promotions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
