Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate products, and close sales on the showroom floor. You’ll manage the customer journey from greeting to final sale while maintaining brand standards and a positive, team-focused environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, comfortable with weekend/audit peak hours, and the ability to move furniture and assist customers with product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights during peak periods.
• Willingness to travel to local stores and events as needed.
• Strong judgment and integrity in handling customer transactions.
• Able to stand, walk for up to 8 hours.
• Able to move objects up to 75 pounds and assemble furniture.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, sell with energy, and follow Lovesac selling process.
• Build connections to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging tours and education.
