Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Schertz, TX to connect with customers, showcase our Sacs and Sactionals, and guide purchases on the store floor. You will deliver friendly, high-energy service, build relationships, and drive brand loyalty through the Lovesac selling process.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, comfort using CRM tools, and the ability to lift and move furniture up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build connections to drive loyalty, repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
