Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help design products that fit spaces and lifestyles. You will be an approachable, positive, self-starting team member representing the Lovesac brand on the selling floor.

You will engage customers with product demonstrations, close sales, and maintain a strong commitment to service excellence while supporting daily store operations and promotions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high‑traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third‑party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position‑to‑position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience—delivering compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and confidently closing sales.
• Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
