Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in Katy, TX to energize customers, demonstrate products, and deliver exceptional service on the floor. You’ll greet clients, explain features, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process while maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline and following up to drive conversions.

We require at least 1 year in retail or customer service, the ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and ability to handle financial transactions and customer data.

Responsibilities
