Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, drive sales, and design living spaces with our Sacs and Sactionals. You will greet shoppers, present products, and convert interest into purchases on the showroom floor.

In this role you’ll build lasting relationships, own the customer journey, and use product expertise to deliver a memorable Lovesac experience. Weekend and evening shifts are common, with performance bonuses tied to results.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to local stores and meet with vendors as needed.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to handle customer data securely.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and move items up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build loyalty and drive repeat business through genuine connections.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end and close sales with engagement.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
