Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll learn Lovesac’s selling process, build lasting relationships, and contribute to store goals while upholding brand standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year in retail or customer service, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and willingness to travel to local stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to regularly work during weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
• Proficient with technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a personal quote pipeline.
• Build genuine connections that drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge with a fun, engaging experience, delivering brand tours, education, and closing sales.
