ARC’TERYX in Denver is seeking a Part-time Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will share technical product knowledge and solve guest problems, weaving product details into every interaction with authenticity and passion for the outdoors.

You will work with the store leadership on projects, provide merchandising feedback, handle POS transactions, and assist with community engagement. Growth opportunities and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience and assist guests with product knowledge.
• Build deep understanding of products and weave information into interactions.
• Champion ARC’TERYX as brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions and support store initiatives and merchandising feedback.
• Assist leadership on projects and provide feedback on guest experience.
• Maintain open collaboration with team and leadership.
• Support store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones, voicemails, emails; respond on Epicenter social channels when needed.
• Use the POS to process transactions, warranties, trade-ins, purchases and returns.
• Receive and unpack inventory (boxes 5–30 lbs).
