Job summary

Bath & Body Works seeks an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to collaborate with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent consumer experiences, driving growth across the stores. You will be a brand ambassador, lead on-duty tasks, and champion strong product knowledge while fostering a culture of service and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Leadership experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong communication and adaptability in changing store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities including addressing consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and ensure proper execution of operational activities.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase products and drive sales.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments and disseminate directives.
