Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to collaborate with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. You will help drive growth across Bath & Body Works while serving as a frontline leader in-store, fostering a consumer-focused selling culture and elevating product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a retail environment.
• Experience delivering sales and consumer experiences.
• Able to work peak days including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as a leader on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience issues.
• Support action plans to improve results with the brand experience leadership team.
• Lead floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipment handling.
• Provide coaching to associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Achieve payroll targets through proper staffing and selling focus.
