• Lead store operations and act as Brand Experience Leader on duty.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team.
• Deliver in-store experiences with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Manage opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Drive rewards program enrollment at checkout.
• Maintain store visuals and support floorset changes.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Open/close shifts on high-traffic days.
