Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support sales execution and store operations. You will act as a leader on duty, coach associates, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

You will drive engagement in rewards programs, manage daily tasks, and participate in floorset and visual merchandising efforts while upholding safety and company values. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead as Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Model selling behaviors and elevate product knowledge to deliver in-store experiences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift directions and goals for associates.
• Perform opening/closing routines, handle deposits, and disseminate directives.
• Create genuine connections with consumers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in rewards programs.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company values and policies.
• Open/close shifts on high-traffic days and times.
