Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support achieving the store's sales plan through strong leadership and flawless execution of daily tasks.

You will lead on-duty, coach associates, deliver engaging in-store experiences, and ensure knowledge of products, policies, and visual presentation. This role demands energy, communication, and a customer-first mindset to help guests feel good and feel valued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience in consumer-focused retail preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Aufgaben

• Leadership tasks as delegated by Brand Experience Leader, including acting as leader on duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and at check-out.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and visual presentation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Open/close shifts on high priority/traffic days.
